The backup solution has a virtualized backup server (Vmware) on Linux, a physical storage node server on AIX, a Quantum Scalar I3 library (equipped with 2 Lto-7 drives under warranty for three years) and a second physical storage node server under AIX, in standby, as well as a disk or VTL type bay, from the manufacturer EMC / Datadomain (model Dd6300) with a capacity of 54to with deduplication.
