It concerns a service assignment, consisting of the following sub-assignments:

- The complete architectural assignment for the new construction of 90 social housing units for Dijledal ("sub-assignment architecture");

- The complete architectural assignment for the realization of a meeting center for the City of Leuven ("sub-assignment architecture");

- The complete architectural assignment for 38 budget rental homes for AG Stadsontwikkeling Leuven ("sub-assignment architecture");

- All stability studies for the above-mentioned architectural assignments ("stability sub-assignment");

- All studies techniques for the above architectural assignments ("sub-assignment techniques");

- The complete infrastructure assignment, i.e. the design and follow-up of the execution of the infrastructure works and construction of public space around the houses of Dijledal and the meeting center ("infrastructure sub-assignment");

- The complete infrastructure assignment, i.e. the design and follow-up of the execution of the infrastructure works and construction of public space around the homes of AG Stadsontwikkeling Leuven ("infrastructure sub-assignment");

- The study on sustainable construction tailored to the above-mentioned sub-assignments ("sustainability sub-assignment");

- The organization of and supervision of the execution of the various studies by the architect-coordinator ("sub-assignment architect-coordinator").

Through this procedure, we are looking for a design team that is willing to contribute to a total concept, in which architecture and public space are approached in an integrated way and in which sustainable neighborhood development is pursued.
