This contract concerns all the maintenance works of departmental and SIAAP (managed by the department) submerged, semi-submerged or in toxic atmosphere requiring the assistance of scuba divers. The contract is conducted according to an open tender procedure as provided for in Article R. 2124-2 1º of the Public Order Code. The form chosen for the performance of the contract is a multi-award framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum, in accordance with articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2, R.2162-4 1º and R. 2162-6 of the Public Order Code:

— minimum amount: EUR 1 000 000.00 excluding VAT;

— maximum amount: 6 000 000.00 EUR excl. VAT. This contract shall be concluded for a period of four years from the date of notification.
