Lot 1: Repairs, maintenance, voids, planned replacements & associated works and services Lot 2: Gas Servicing and Electrical works and associated compliance services The contract will be for a term of 5 years. Plus Dane Housing may extend the Contract following the Contract Period for further periods of time up to a maximum of 5 years in aggregate following the submission and acceptance of a proposal for extension, subject to satisfactory performance.
