The contract covers delivery, setup, preparation, installation testing and commissioning of 2 new production printers. The printers have different sizes, capacities and finishing equipment, cf. Annex 1 – Requirements specification.

The supplier of the production printers must handle ongoing service, repairs and maintenance. The costs of this, including spare parts, are included in constant click prices.

For a more detailed description of the printers, etc., including the contracting entity's wishes and requirements that the printers and the associated services must meet, please refer to Appendix 1 - Requirements specification.

The new machines must have an installation test approved no later than 8 weeks after the contract is concluded.

The service agreement is 5 years and runs from the date of contracting. Prices must be given on the service agreement with the possibility of extending 2 X 1 year by 1 year at a time on agreed terms.

In the daily cooperation, the Contracting Authority attaches importance to the Supplier's compliance with the agreed response times in connection with service calls. In addition, the Contracting Authority would very much like the Supplier to be proactive and to take the initiative of its own accord if printing tasks can be optimized or improved. It can be at courses with the Supplier or something else.
