this consultation concerns the extension of the urban video protection system of the CAV and the Municipality of Vesoul. It is a relaunch of consultation. Indeed, a previous consultation had been initiated in the form of an adapted procedure. After opening the tenders, the procedure was declared unfollowed in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2185-1 and R.2185-2 of the CCP. This unfollowed statement was taken on the ground of public interest in view of the need for the contracting authority to redefine its need. The Framework Agreement is conducted in the form of an open call for tenders without minimum and maximum pursuant to articles L.2124-2, L2125-1 1°, R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-1 to R.2161-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP. The maximum amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement is EUR 600,000 (tax not including tax).
