Traffic management and traffic safety measures are implemented by AN lot 2 traffic management (A3). With the plans of the construction-time traffic management, the AG presents the essential framework conditions and processes of the construction-time traffic management. On the basis of the traffic management plans, the contractor must develop detailed plans and documents for all necessary construction-time traffic routes, including the necessary intermediate states. The details of the traffic regulations are to be submitted by the Contractor via the BOL / BÜ of the AG der Straßenbaubehörde / Verkehrsbehörde to obtain the traffic authority order. The contractor must submit the documents in phases. The documents must be submitted 14 KT before the start of the installation of the respective construction phase (including all test certificates / BAST approvals, such as marking and protective equipment). Preliminary negotiations with the Road Traffic Offices of the cities of Sankt Augustin and Siegburg have already been conducted by the client on the traffic regulations. After placing the order, the contractor must coordinate the details of the traffic regulations with the regional branch Rhein-Berg and the responsible road traffic authorities. The barrier and signage of the construction site must be planned and executed in accordance with the requirements of the traffic authority RNL Rhein-Berg and the information given in the enclosed traffic signs. Existing lane markings must be adapted to the new traffic routing. After the renewal has been changed, the old marking may no longer be visible if it causes doubt. The signage must be made continuously with the construction work. The installation of the signs must be reported to the Road Traffic Office in accordance with § 45 StVO.
Transportable protective devices:

Provide a transportable safety guard with a maximum width of 30 cm (T3). Due to the expected impairment of public transport, the construction and dismantling of these transportable protective devices may only take place between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am at night. In addition to the installation of the transportable protective devices for the separation of the opposing traffic flows in the 4 + 2 traffic management, protective walls of various containment levels, in the area of bridge construction pits with visual and splash protection, are installed in the following areas:
- ln transition areas in the direction of travel on the right (T3.W2),
