Assignment of professional services for the adaptation of the Bergamo purification plant, including works supervision and safety coordination during the execution phase.
PROFESSIONAL ASSIGNMENTS FOR THE REALIZATION. OF THE INTERVENTION OF "ADAPTATION OF THE BERGAMO PURIFICATION PLANT - LOT 2": LOT 1: SUPERVISION OF WORKS - LOT 2: SAFETY COORDINATION DURING THE EXECUTION PHASE

The object of the contract of ASSIGNMENT OF PROFESSIONAL ASSIGNMENTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERVENTION OF "ADAPTATION OF THE PURIFICATION PLANT OF BERGAMO - LOT 2" CUP: J19B20000000005 consists in carrying out all the services related to the assignment for:

- Lot 1: the performance of all activities related to works management and accounting;

- Lot 2: the performance of Safety Coordination activities during the execution phase.

LOT 1: CIG WORKS SUPERVISION: A034891918

Lot 1 Works Supervision and Accounting. The Director of Works:

- ensure that the works are carried out in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the project and the contract;

- will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the works management office;

- will be responsible for the acceptance of the materials;

- will take care of the keeping of administrative and accounting documents for the verification of works and contracts for administration;

- will take care of the eventual drafting of variant appraisals;

- upon delegation from Uniacque, will carry out the tasks of seismic delegate,

- once the work is completed, it will verify the updating of the plans constituting the project, taking into account that the Executive Project has been developed with the BIM methodology in compliance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 560/2017 and subsequent amendments;

- will take care of the fulfilments of his/her competence during the technical-administrative testing;

- guarantee a minimum number of 2 visits per week to the construction site;

- will guarantee the activity of Works Supervision for the entire duration of the works.

LOT 2: SAFETY COORDINATION DURING THE EXECUTION PHASE CIG: A0348D0D14

Lot 2 Safety Coordination in the Execution Phase (hereinafter CSE). The CSE:

- it will have to verify the application, by the executing companies and the self-employed persons, of the relevant provisions contained in the SGP;

- will have to verify the suitability of the SOPs of the executing companies, ensuring their consistency with the security and coordination plan;

- will have to adapt the PSC and the dossier in relation to the progress of the work and any changes that have occurred;

- it will have to organize cooperation and coordination of activities between employers and their mutual information;

- must report to the Client, after a written complaint to the companies and self-employed workers concerned, the non-compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments and the provisions of the PSC;

- in the event of serious non-compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008, it must propose to the Client the suspension of the works, the removal of the companies or self-employed workers from the construction site or the termination of the contract;

- in the event of serious and imminent danger, it will have to suspend individual processes until the adjustments made by the companies concerned have been verified;

- guarantee a minimum number of 2 visits per week to the construction site;

- will guarantee the coordination activity for the entire duration of the work, appointing, in the event of any periods of absence, a substitute in possession of the requirements provided for by Legislative Decree 81/2008.

The CSE will have to draw up and deliver a copy to the person in charge of the works, as soon as they are available, of both the reports relating to the results of the SOP checks of the companies, and the reports relating to the inspections carried out on site, accompanied by photographic documentation.
