The public contract is single-awarded and takes the form of a fixed contract for the performance of recurrent multi-technical operation and maintenance services as well as the form of a framework agreement giving rise to the award of subsequent contracts without minimum or maximum for so-called exceptional services such as these services are described in the functional and technical specifications (CCFT).

This consultation aims at the conclusion of a public contract for the performance of multi-technical operating and maintenance services within the meaning of the FDX 60-000 standard.
