The Danish Business Authority, as managing authority, carries out the administration of the following programmes; The European Social Fund Plus (Social Fund), the European Regional Development Fund2 (Regional Fund) and the Just Transition Fund in Denmark.

A framework agreement is requested for two types of audit services in connection with the Danish Business Authority's administration of EU funds: 1) project-specific services and 2) other services. Pursuant to the framework agreement, an agreement is concluded between the undertaking recipients and the Supplier for the project-specific services confirming the cooperation, including the purpose, scope and execution of the task, as well as the division of responsibilities between the undertaking recipients and the Supplier.
