The subject of the contract includes the purchase of diesel fuel (summer and winter) in the amount of up to 250,000 liters (maximum estimated quantity) along with delivery to the warehouse of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o., located at 21 Grenadierów Street in Sosnowiec.

1. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of diesel fuel (summer and winter) in the amount of up to 250,000 liters (maximum estimated quantity) along with delivery to the warehouse of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o., located at 21 Grenadierów Street in Sosnowiec.

2. The offered diesel oil must meet the requirements set out in the Polish Standard PN-EN 590 or equivalent and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended).

3. The anticipated quantity of diesel fuel covered by this proceeding shall be 250 000 litres. The total volume of diesel fuel deliveries may be reduced depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, but not more than by 25% of the specified amount of oil. This means that the Ordering Party has the right not to realize 25% of the specified amount of oil (62,500 liters), and the Contractor will not make any claims in this respect. The basis for issuing the invoice will be the amount of fuel expressed in liters of the finished product at a temperature of 15 degrees C (according to the indications of the legalized refueling meter with compensation up to 15 degrees C at the tank truck).

4. The subject of the order shall also include the loading of diesel at the producer/importer terminal, transport and its unloading at the destination.

5. The place of delivery of diesel fuel is Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o. located at Grenadierów 21. , 41 – 216 Sosnowiec. Tank A with a capacity of 5,000 liters located in the waste sorting plant, tank B with a capacity of 5,000 liters located in landfill B.

6. The oil will be delivered to the Ordering Party by transport of the Contractor. The Contractor should have at its disposal a tanker designed to transport diesel fuel equipped with a refueling meter with a current certificate of legalization of the refueling meter to measure the amount of fuel dropped into the Ordering Party's tank. The Contractor is obliged to adapt the equipment to the filler existing in the Ordering Party's tank (refueling of the tank can be done using a pump occurring in the tank truck). The vehicle to which the Contractor will supply oil must meet the requirements of the regulations on the transport of hazardous materials and environmental protection regulations. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the appropriate technical condition of the equipment when refueling the tanks in order to ensure ecological conditions. During each delivery, the Ordering Party has the right to demand the presentation of a current certificate of legalization of the tank truck measuring device with a number consistent with the serial number of the meter installed on the delivery vehicle. The tank truck must also be equipped with a printer that allows you to print out the delivery.
