The client intends to issue a supply order for the procurement of printing and copying paper by means of a Europe-wide tender as an open procedure in accordance with § 15 I VgV

for the judicial authorities of the Free State of Thuringia.

The service to be provided includes the decentralized delivery of the respective order quantities in accordance with A_2_Mengenverzeichnis to the A_3_Dienststellenverzeichnis in the appendix

without charging packaging or transport costs, on the dates specified in this contract. The transport risk shall be borne by the contractor. The deliveries are generally to be carried out as partial deliveries on a quarterly basis: The partial deliveries are to be made in January, April, July and October. The first quarterly delivery for the contract year 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 will therefore take place in January 2023. Exception to this is the Thuringian Higher Regional Court - Justizzahlstelle, which is to be supplied every two months, so six partial deliveries in January, March, May, July, September and November are to be fulfilled.
