This contract concerns the creation and implementation of a construction of temporary modular buildings for the use of medical offices, the time for the completion of the development work of a medical home in an existing building on the parking lot of the annex located at 37 boulevard Paul Pons in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. This is a supply contract, of a rental type. The rental is scheduled for 24 months from the date of receipt of the modular building. The consultation was conducted in the form of an open call for tender initiated in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to 5 of the Public Order Code (PAC).
