Description:
Purchase of individual protection products and immobilization equipment

The subject of the contract is the purchase of personal protective equipment and immobilising equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the Terms of Contract. The subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular did not serve as an item used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It was also not previously reconditioned. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the Contracting Authority indicated in the SWZ.

Medical aprons

The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical aprons. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the Terms of Contract. The subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular did not serve as an item used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It was also not previously reconditioned. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974). All requirements set out in the procedural documents are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. If the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the contract indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific Contractor, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters. If the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.

Safety helmets
