This contract is a joint contract within the meaning of article 48 of the law of 17.6.2016 on public contracts.

The Jolimont Hospital Centers (Rue Ferrer 159, 7100 La Louvière) has been appointed to intervene, for the procurement only, in the name and on behalf of the non-profit organizations listed below. However, each institution remains responsible for the performance of contracts for the part that concerns it. The respective markets are supported by these institutions, which includes in particular the sending of orders and the execution of payments:

- CHR Mons-Hainaut, Avenue Baudouin de Constantinople 5, 7000 Mons;

- ASBL Jolimont group, Rue Ferrer 159, 7100 La Louvière.

Purpose of supplies: (one to three) coronary angiography room (s).

Place (s) of delivery:

- cardiology department of the Jolimont Hospital Center, Rue Ferrer 159, 7100 La Louvière;

- cardiology department of the CHR of Mons, Avenue Baudouin de Constantinople 5, 7000 Mons.

New supplies:

The supplies delivered must be new. Re-used equipment is not accepted under this contract.
