The client intends to commission the service phases (Lph) 3 to 9 according to HOAI for the general planning services for social housing at the Käthe-Kollwitz-Ufer site:

- Object planning building according to § 34 i.V.m. Annex 10 HOAI

- Object planning of outdoor facilities according to § 39 i.V.m. Annex 11 HOAI

- Specialist planning of structural engineering according to § 51 i.V.m. Annex 14 HOAI

- Specialist planning Technical equipment buildings and technical installations in the outdoor facility

AGR 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 according to § 55 i.V.m. Annex 15 HOAI

- Specialist planning for fire protection according to AHO publication series issue 17

- Consulting services for thermal insulation and energy balancing from the performance profile "Building Physics", Annex 1 No. 1.2.2 HOAI

- Consulting services for sound insulation and sound immission control from the "Building Physics" service profile, Annex 1 No. 1.2.2 HOAI

The order is placed in stages.

With the conclusion of the open procedure, Lph 3 to 5 will initially be contractually commissioned. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of further service phases.
