The object of the assignment is the creation and implementation of a full-day and mentoring offer based on the pedagogical concept of the Open All-Day School Am Schloss in Ahrensburg. The primary school Am Schloss will be run as an open all-day school from the school year 2022/2023. A support is being sought for the operation of the open all-day school.

The services of the carrier are:

— All-day care from 12.00 to 16.15 (on demand),

— Early and late care from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and from 4.15 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

— holiday care from 7 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (with a 3-week closing time),

— offer a lunch,

— implementation of the pedagogical concept, including supervised activities (e.g. homework supervision, etc.), course or AG offers, interconnection of teaching and care services, cooperation with teachers (in particular handover),

— The school and the other institution cooperate in attracting course providers. The other institution shall enter into cooperation agreements with the selected course providers and supervise their service:

— cooperation with youth welfare and urban school social work,

— the conclusion of care contracts with parents on the basis of this terms of reference and the cooperation agreement and the collection of parental contributions, taking into account discounts as specified by the City,

- Apply for and allocate state funds.
