Description:
rehabilitation and extension of the Paul Langevin school complex and its sports area

the consultation concerns restructuring and extension work on the Paul Langevin school group and its sports facility in Grigny. The operations carried out will be as follows: The removal of asbestos from the networks present in crawl space, the partial demolition of the structure, floors, slits, paving, the reconstruction of new in the existing, the replacement of all the exterior joinery and the implementation of insulation from the outside, the creation of extensions connected to the existing structure, the rehabilitation of City Park, the resumption of outdoor facilities and interior and exterior courtyards. The work undertaken will allow the creation of 4 additional classes, thus increasing from 20 to 24 classes. The maximum enrolment will be 533 students and 63 staff. In fact, the establishment is an ERP type R with type N activities, classified in 3rd category
