To provide a value for money temporary accommodation and support service for Catalyst customers. The service must cover the provision of hotel, serviced accommodation; transport and removal services and facilities to support customers remain in their home in the event of an emergency where possible. The supplier must be innovative in its approach to delivering the service by providing a number of options to meet the requirements of our customers.
