Bern Solothurn RBS is planning to build a maintenance and storage facility (depot) in Bätterkinden. This new depot will replace the facilities in Solothurn and Worblaufen. Bätterkinden station is located to the east of the planned depot. This will also be rebuilt in the course of the construction of the depot.
