Hadsel Municipais invites tenderers to participate in a contest for the replacement of the artificial grass at Havfisk Stadium.

The municipality is the owner of the artificial grass on the football pitch, Havfisk Stadium, which is run by Melbo IL.

The grandstand burnt down in November 2022 and this damaged the artificial grass and the underlying pad. All of the grass and parts of the pad (the damaged part) must be removed. The contracting authority assumes that parts of the grass can be reused in other places. The tenderer must remove and store in rolls the parts of the existing cover that can be reused. The tenderer must deliver the remaining parts for recycling at a certified reception facility.

Ground work, in the form of levelling, must be included in order to make a satisfactory fall. The pitch must also be expanded a little. This is to be priced as an option, as the sports team is considering to do this with voluntary work.

New artificial grass is to be laid at Havfisk Stadium (76 x 115 m), as well as a new pad on parts of the pitch. The work with the pad is put as an option, as this can be done with voluntary work.

This will be an execution contract in accordance with NS8406.

This must be done as soon as the weather conditions allow it. The work must be completed by 1 July 2023.
