Services of safety and health protection coordination according to BaustellV for the trades lake excavation and area profiling and production of the outdoor area southern landscape for the development of the former trotting track area in Recklinghausen Hillerheide.

The ISEK Hillerheide, which was developed in 2015 on behalf of the city of Recklinghausen and decided by the council, defines the following five lead projects (LP) for the development of the district Hillerheide:

1. “Future concept former trotted track”

2. “Urban integration Blitzkuhlenstraße”

3. “Attractive center Gertrudisplatz”

4. “Neighbourhood Life - Complementing and Networking Existing”

5. “Energetic district renovation”

The aim of the implementation of ISEK Hillerheide is to create a sustainable and future-proof residential area on the former trotting track area and to integrate it as best as possible into the grown Hillerheide district, taking into account the local development and infrastructure, the residents and their usage requirements.

As part of LP1, the next construction measures are lake excavation and area profiling and the construction of the outdoor area southern landscape.
