The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Modernization of street lighting in the area of ŚWIĘCICA, GŁAZÓW, ZDANÓW, JUGUSZÓW, WĘGRCE PANIEŃSKIE, KLECZANÓW, CHWAŁKI, KOMORNA, PIEKARY"

The undertaking will be implemented on a “design and build” basis.

The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Modernization of street lighting in the area of ŚWIĘCICA, GŁAZÓW, ZDANÓW, JUGUSZÓW, WĘGRCE PANIEŃSKIE, KLECZANÓW, CHWAŁKI, KOMORNA, PIEKARY"

The Contractor's tasks will include the implementation of the following works:

- making an inventory of modernized lighting in the area of ŚWIĘCICA, GŁAZÓW, ZDANÓW, JUGUSZÓW, WĘGRCE PANIEŃSKIE, KLECZANÓW, CHWAŁKI, KOMORNA, PIEKARY

- obtaining geodetic maps, all consents and permits

- preparation of documentation on the terms specified by PFU and technical conditions of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Staszów Branch (attachment) and agreeing it with PGE and ZAMAWIUJĄCY.

- implementation of temporary traffic organization with its introduction

- keeping construction documentation required by law;

- execution of measurements and carrying out the start-up of devices,

- execution of the project after the executive

- completion of works and handing over to the Ordering Party together with documentation

- the contractor is obliged to restore the surface of damaged roads

at the time of execution of works to a condition not worse than the original and

ensure the passability of roads during the execution of works.

- compliance with health and safety conditions for carrying out works

Modernization consists in performing works according to the following location:

1. Town of Święcica:

• Suspension of 1 LED luminaire on pole No. 26/2 – Święcica 2 Station

• Expansion of street lighting through the addition of a cable line approx. 250m long, three poles and 3 LED lamps - – Święcica Station 2, place of switching on pole No. 1/I

2. Town of Głazów:

• Expansion of street lighting through the addition of an earth cable line with a length of approx. 170m, two poles and 2 LED lamps - – Boulder Station 1, place of inclusion of pole No. 36

3. Town of Zdanów:

• Suspension of 1 LED luminaire on pole no. 14 – Zdanów Station

• Suspension of 3 LED luminaires on poles owned by the Municipality. The poles do not have numbers. Zdanów Station

4. Town of Jugoszów:

• Suspension of 4 LED luminaires pole 27, 25, 23, 21 – Jugoszów Station

• Suspension of 3 LED luminaires pole 2, 4, 6 – Jugoszów 2 Station

5. Town of Węgrce Panieńskie:

• Suspension of the cable length of approx. 85m on the existing poles from pole No. 22 to pole No. 24 and suspension of 1 LED luminaire on pole No. 24. Wegrce 1 station, place of inclusion of pole No. 22

6. Town of Kleczanów:

• Suspension of 1 LED luminaire on pole 3 – Kleczanów Station 3, suspended fifth cable

• Suspension of 1 LED luminaire on pole 5 – Kleczanów Station 2 suspended fifth cable

7. Town of Chwałki:

• Expansion of street lighting through the addition of an earth cable line approx. 200m long, two poles and 2 LED lamps - – Chwałki 6 Station, place of inclusion of pole No. 13/1

• Expansion of street lighting by adding an overhead line with a length of approx. 55 m and hanging 1 LED lamp on pole No. 26 – Chwałki Station 2, place of inclusion of pole No. 24.

• Expansion of street lighting by adding an earth cable line approx. 90m long, one pole and 1 LED lamp - – Chwałki 2 Station, place of inclusion of pole No. 26

8. Town of Komorna:

• Expansion of street lighting by adding a YAKXS 4X35m2 earth cable line from the existing pole No. 73 to the designed 73/1 lighting pole with a length of 106/119 m. Installation of one ŻN pole with a height of 10m with a 1 – brachial boom 1000x1000 and installation of 1 LED lamp 56W – Komorna 1,

9. Town of Piekary:

• Expansion of street lighting by adding an overhead line length of approx. 15m, 1 pole, 1 LED lamp, Piekary station 1 place of inclusion pole No. 45

• Expansion of street lighting through the addition of an overhead line length of approx. 85m, 2 poles, 2 LED lamps, Piekary station 1 place of inclusion pole No. 48
