The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment entitled: Construction of a new building of the diagnostic laboratory and central sterilization unit at WWCOiT in Łódź in the design and build system. The subject of the contract is the construction of a new building as above, preparation of design documentation covering the entire subject of the contract, in accordance with: the Functional and Utility Program, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, obtaining a legally valid decision on the building permit and other requirements of document law, performing author's supervision during the implementation of works covered by the project and performing executive supervision of the construction management and managers of industry works over the works construction, obtaining an occupancy permit.
