Redevelopment and renovation of 478 public housing and construction of a new community building, section 15 Fyrreparken, 5000 Odense.
The tender is implemented as a main contract tender with negotiation in accordance with sections 61 and 66 of Act No. 1564 of 15.12.2015 (The Tender Law). The tender will be completed after pre-qualification.
The scope of the project is broadly described in the Building Case Description section. 1.1 and 1.2.
Prequalification is a prerequisite for submitting an offer. If you want to be prequalified, you must submit an application that complies with the requirements set out in the contract notice for the assignment. FAB will contact all applicants when the deadline stated in the contract notice has expired, with notification of who is prequalified to tender for the job.

Vollsmose was built in the late 1960s as a prestigious project for assembly construction in the non-profit sector. The area is based on the modernist ideals of living in the green, about safe traffic in the form of traffic separation and efficiency through functional division.
The area at Vollsmose is characterized by a number of fine landscape qualities, with the marsh lying there, as a piece of unspoilt nature in the middle of Vollsmose and with Odense River and river valley that plunge Vollsmose to the south.
In terms of building, Vollsmose has a high architectural quality with its strict lines that play against the large landscape. But the large enclaves and long blocks do not support the smaller local communities around the home and the contact between neighbors.
The pine park is located in the south-eastern corner of Vollsmose, and consists of 504 public housing units spread over 8 blocks of 4 floors, Basement, living room-2nd floor.
In 2012, a pre-qualifying overall plan for Fyrreparken was drawn up, which later resulted in a concrete overall plan for Fyrreparken. Along with the overall plan for Fyrreparken, a municipal infrastructure plan runs for the entire Vollsmose, which will improve the general infrastructure for the area and open the area up to the neighboring areas.
The overall plan for Fyrreparken includes a number of general housing improvements, as well as establishing accessibility in 174 of the homes. The improvements include modernizing bathrooms and kitchens, as well as creating greater openness in the home. In addition, the building will receive a new boost with new facades, which will ensure a new expression of the building, where the aim has been to break down the large scale and create a more varied expression of the building. As part of breaking down the scale of the development and opening the park up to the surrounding area, 18 apartments in the block are demolished out towards Åsumvej and two large door openings are established throughout the block. It is also planned to merge some of the small one-bedroom apartments of the building, which means that the building will consist of 478 leases going forward.
In addition to improvements in the individual apartments, the overall plan also includes an improvement and upgrading of the outdoor areas, where there has also been a major focus on creating increased security in the area. These improvements are also linked to the new infrastructure plan for Vollsmose as a whole. The project also includes the establishment of a new community house with banquet hall, shared laundry, living area and new facilities for the masters.
The renovation work is carried out with the support of the Landsbyggefonden, cf. the Public Housing Act § 91 a.

The work is offered on the basis of a pre-project / government project after pre-qualification in the main contract in a limited tender with negotiation. The winning bidder must contribute to optimizing the project and carry out project management of the final design, which is carried out by the builder's total consultant.
