Proceedings for the conclusion of a framework agreement conducted under the open tender procedure for the provision of specialized human resources from the IT industry

1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework contract conducted under an unlimited tender procedure for the provision of specialized human resources from the IT industry 2. The subject of the contract is to consist in the provision by the contractor, through Consultants who meet specific requirements and have specific competences and experience, of specialized IT services related to the implementation of tasks of production, development and implementation of IT systems implemented by the Ordering Party, including the Registration System of the State Sanitary Inspection (SEPIS). 3. The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the Proposed provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the contract, contained in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. Period of service provision: for a period of 48 months from the date of conclusion of the Framework Agreement or until the maximum amount allocated for the implementation of the subject of the Agreement is exhausted, if it occurs before the expiry of the above-mentioned period.
