Conversion of the building in 2001 in the old barracks into an 11-group daycare center.

In order to prepare the building for the use of a daycare center, extensive demolition measures as well as a large number of new construction measures are necessary. The subject of this award procedure is the services for Lot 41 - Use-specific systems (refrigeration system technology).

Lot 41 - Use-specific systems (refrigeration systems)

- 1 x cold room compact system approx. 35 m² floor space, with 6 x cell subdivisions

- 1 x CO2 refrigeration compact system as a booster system for deep-freezing and medium-temperature refrigeration including heat recovery for drinking water preheating

- 6 evaporator units, cold rooms and corridor areas

- Shelving for the cold rooms

- 1 cold room incl. attached refrigeration unit R290 for Fiskat cooling in the basement
