Description:

The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs shall procure e-learning courses for 3 training areas with an estimated total framework of 5 000 000 NOK including VAT. The selected tenderer must be able to deliver technical solutions for the courses and operation of the solution in 2016 and 2017 within the total framework. See Annex 1 for a comprehensive description of the assignment.
