The contract consists of appointing an architect or a team of project authors in charge of a complete mission of architecture and health safety coordination including the study and control of the realization of the major renovation of 126 public dwellings located Quartier de l'Autreppe and Avenue Jules Ducobu at 7300 BOUSSU (detail in point 1. of the Clauses administrative and 2nd part — Technical clauses)

This contract is a service contract within the meaning of article 2, 21°, of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.

The technical requirements to be met by the services are set out in point B of the second part of the special specification.

By its offer, the successful tenderer undertakes to provide the services in accordance with these prescriptions.

Place (s) of services: On the premises of the service provider, on the premises of the contracting authority and on the site of the site as well as in any place necessary for the completion of the mission.

Grouping without legal personality is allowed. In this case, each member must respect the rules relating to access and not be found in any of the grounds for exclusion listed by the law of June 17, 2016.
