The purpose of the contract is to provide maintenance services for motorway electrotechnical equipment (toll booths, variable message signs, traffic and weather station, video, inverters, optical fibre, RTIP, 40MHz radio, pylons, RVA) on the COFIROUTE motorway network with stock management and associated works. These include:
- preventive maintenance
- 24/7 corrective maintenance
- Stock management
- Related work
- Activity monitoring with the CMMS tool
- Maintenance methods
The contract is a single-contractor framework agreement (purchase order and subsequent contract) divided into 3 lots:
1 Maintenance of road equipment and management of toll spare parts spread over the COFIROUTE and ARCOUR network;
2 Maintenance of wired transmission networks (fiber optics, RTIP) and emergency call network (RAU);
3 Maintenance of radio networks (40 MHz radio, towers, RVA)
Batches 2 and 3 will be launched on a delayed basis (forecast: 2nd half of 2024)
Maintenance of road equipment and management of toll spare partsLot 1 covers the maintenance of road equipment, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance (24/7), stock management, associated work, monitoring of activity in the CMMS tool, and maintenance methods.
The facilities are spread over 1,205 km of motorways and services comprising approximately:
- 3510 variable message signs,
- 260 weather traffic stations,
- 56430 video cameras,
- 1020 access control systems,
- 100 BMS systems,
- 1430 inverters...
Interventions will be made on highways with severe operating constraints.
The contract is a single-contractor framework agreement with unit prices comprising a minimum and a maximum amount over 48 months.
