The Order consists of 5 tasks in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order.
The service is implemented as part of the Project "Area Revitalization of the Center of Łódź – Project 2", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, under the Regional Operational Program of the Łódź Voivodeship for 2014-2020 and as part of Integrated Territorial Investments
1. The subject of the contract is "Service consisting in carrying out educational, training, workshop and animation activities supporting the introduction of a new social function, i.e. the Local Activity Center at 22 Sienkiewicza Street".
The overriding objective of the activities carried out under the Order is to counteract digital, social and socio-cultural exclusion and to create entrepreneurial and development attitudes, especially in the field of new technologies, as well as social activation and integration of the inhabitants of the Project 2 ROCŁ area and its surroundings, including through the use of activities and activities related to the IT sector and socio-cultural animation.
The Order consists of 5 tasks in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order.

4. The Ordering Party does not request the Contractor to bring a defect.

40.1 The Purchaser does not provide:
40.1.1. the conclusion of a framework agreement;
40.1.2. submission of variants and partial tenders;
40.1.3. settlement in foreign currencies;
40.1.4. electronic auction;
40.1.5. reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings;
40.1.6. award of contracts pursuant to 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act;
40.1.7. the right of option under Article 441 of the PPL Act.
40.1.8. the requirement or possibility to submit offers in the form of electronic catalogues or to attach electronic catalogues to the offer;
40.1.9. The Contractor shall carry out a local inspection or check by the Contractor the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot at the Ordering Party.
40.2 Scope and conditions of amendments to the concluded contract - issues related to the contract are regulated in the model contract - Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
40.3 The Contracting Authority did not conduct preliminary market consultations before initiating the procedure.
