Design, construction and financing services for 250 university beds and CROUS service rooms on the Porte des Alpes campus of the University of Lyon 2 (municipalities of Bron and Saint-Priest). The contract will also cover the following equipment: the residential common areas of each residence and shared services and equipment for the campus. The holder will also be entrusted with GER services for housing and premises managed by the CROUS. In addition, the holder will be authorized, within the framework of a temporary occupancy agreement for the public domain for a maximum period of 70 years, to develop a building floor area of approximately 12,200 m 2 to build university residences and service premises not managed by the CROUS.
