4.1. The subject of the order is: organization and administration of the Paid Parking Zone on public roads in Augustów
4.2. The detailed scope of work (Description of the subject of the contract) is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract.
The subject of the contract is the service of organizing and administering the Paid Parking Zone on public roads in Augustów during:
From the day of signing the contract to 30/04/2020 - organizing the Paid Parking Zone;
From 1.5.2020 to 30.4.2024 - administration of the Paid Parking Zone in the City of Augustów on public roads, the Paid Parking Zone was created - Resolution No. XI / 120/19 of the City Council in Augustów of 27.6.2019 regarding determination of the Paid Parking Zone in Augustów and the amount of fees for parking motor vehicles on public roads in the Paid Parking Zone and the method of their collection (Journal of Laws of the Podlasie Voivodship of 1.7.2019
The Paid Parking Zone includes the following public roads:
BASIC ORDER

- longitudinal on the road - 17 PLN

ADDITIONAL ORDER
1. street Rybacka - longitudinal on the road - 15 places
Total municipal roads - 15 pcs
Execution of parking spaces on ul. Rybacka is currently not possible due to planned construction works involving the reconstruction of this street. For this reason, the Employer will commission this scope within 3 years of the date of signing the contract, after completion of construction works, pursuant to art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.
The Contractor in the offer may not price additional works. The rules governing the operation of the Paid Parking Zone are as follows:
1 / In the Paid Parking Zone parking fees will be charged by the Contractor on business days from Monday to Friday from 900 to 1700.
2 / In the Paid Parking Zone, the Contractor shall collect parking fees divided into the following periods and forms:
1) one-time fee:
A / holiday period from 01.06. until 30.09. given year,
a) for 1/2 hour of parking - PLN 1.00,
b) for the first hour of parking - PLN 2.00,
c) for the second hour of parking - PLN 2.40,
d) for the third hour of parking - PLN 2.80,
e) for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking - PLN 2.00,
B / pre-holiday period from 01.01. until 31.05. and vacation after 01.10. until December 31. given year.
a) for 1/2 hour of parking - PLN 0.50,
b) for the first hour of parking - PLN 1.00,
c) for the second hour of parking - PLN 1.20,
d) for the third hour of parking - PLN 1.40,
e) for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking - PLN 1.00, flat fee for a reserved parking space in the "SPP" - envelope based on the identifier:
a) a period of 1 month - PLN 350.00,
b) six-month period - PLN 2,100.00,
c) period of 12 months - PLN 3,600.00,
