The procurement must also meet the municipality's need for internal services regarding, among other things, cleaning of gutter drains and measures at the top of the municipal pipe network.
Contract area a Gustavsberg and IngaröThe purpose of the procurement is to fulfil the municipality's obligation to collect and transport sewage fractions and filter material from individual sewage facilities (in the municipality, so-called small sewers). The contract also includes the collection of grease from grease traps as well as the emptying and cleaning of gutter drains.
Tenders may be submitted in one or more tender areas.

Contract area d: Värmdö municipality's facilities
For contract areas a–c, the following assignments apply;
· Collection of sludge from small sewage treatment plants
· Retrieval of grease from grease traps
· Collection of sludge from municipal boat emptying stations (currently only available in areas a and b)
· Retrieval and replacement of phosphorus traps
· Spolning av små avloppsanläggningar
· Collection of pumpable food waste from food waste tanks (there are no at present)
· Respond to applications for placement of new small sewage facilities to the Building and Environment Department
· Transport and delivery to a treatment facility designated by the Client
For contract area d, the following assignments apply:
· Emptying and flushing of gutter drains and stone pockets as well as transport and delivery to treatment facility specified by the Contractor
· Measures in the event of blockages in municipal sewer networks
· Collection of sludge from Telegrafholmen sewage treatment plant, Sandhamn
· Collection of sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants on the mainland (currently only Djurö treatment plant)
· Cleaning of sumps and basins at municipal wastewater treatment plants
· Transport and delivery of sludge to a treatment facility designated by the Client

For various reasons, facilities may be added or disappear from the contract area or be moved between contract areas. This may be due to the fact that the location of the facility facilitates emptying from another contract area.
The Client unilaterally decides to which of the various contract areas the facility belongs and the Contractor has to accept additions and deductions of the number of facilities before and during the contract period without price adjustment.
