This service contract concerns the realization, within the framework of the sanitation and drainage projects included in the communal investment programmes and investment programmes of the SPGE, of test campaigns.

The interventions are carried out throughout the territory of the Province of Luxembourg, on which are distributed the drainage networks and sewerage works of the 44 municipalities of the Province and IDELUX Water, as well as the networks and works of the other beneficiary contracting authorities.

They consist in carrying out, within the framework of the sanitation and drainage projects included in the communal investment programs and investment programs of the SPGE, test campaigns that may include:

- seismic refraction;

- Non-destructive drilling;

- penetration tests;

- Permeability tests;

- Pressiometric tests;

- Installation of piezometers and their monitoring;

- The collection of elementary samples and the production of composite samples;

- soil pollution analyses;

- The drafting of land quality reports and their introductions on the Walterre platform for obtaining the land quality control certificate;

- Writing summary reports.
