The heat pump shall be designed with the possibility to use the sea water as the heat source during the time when the power plants are offline (seawater runs in its own circuit).

Required heating capacity 11-15 MW.
Tube material carbon steel.
Evaporator:
Required cooling capacity minimum 9,5 MW.

Maximum dimensions of the heat pump unit: 12 m x 6 m x 5 m (length x width x height).
Supply voltage 6 kV or 10 kV for the electric motor (will be determined in negotiations later).
The control range of the heat pump shall be 30 — 100 %.
