Entering into an appropriate contract through a lawful and efficient tender, for a minimum period of 6 and a maximum of 10 years, with the supplier who has made the most reasonable tender for the provision of a financial software package and the provision of the associated services for the financial information, and on the basis of which any future changes can be made.
