The subject of the order is a service consisting of the creation and delivery of an IT system in the form of an Analytical Platform (including concept development, creation, implementation, commissioning) along with granting an unlimited license to use the platform. The platform is a functional element of the Virtualized IT environment for visualizing and analyzing images of biological and biomedical processes in translational research and is intended for accelerated, easier, and more efficient analysis of bioimaging data, hereinafter referred to as the Platform or System. All infrastructure elements, including access to GPU computing resources, HPC, or a quantum computer, constitute solely the technical environment necessary for the system's operation and do not constitute a separate subject of the order.
