The House of Generations comprises 4 sub-projects in Nivå City Centre for Fredensborg Municipality:

• L3 School - New construction of 4-track primary school

• L4 Library/Culture House and SFOII - Extension and renovation of existing library

• L5 Sports Hall - New construction of Sports Hall and combination with existing hall

• L2 Landscape – Construction of landscape/outdoor areas around buildings L3, L4 and L5

These tender conditions apply to the realisation of the House of Generations in Nivå as a main contract with contract start-up in July 2024 and expected handover in April 2027

This is a re-offering. The main contract for the House of Generations has been offered earlier in 2023. The tender was cancelled as the tenders received exceeded the allocated financial envelope. Budget and tender basis have been adjusted.

The main contract tender shall be conducted as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the Danish Procurement Procedure. Sections 61-66 of the Danish Public Procurement Act
