The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the investment task entitled "Expansion and modernization of SOSW buildings for Visually Impaired Children No. 8 in Warsaw along with land development".

The subject of the contract shall cover, in particular, the execution of works in accordance with the approved construction project and detailed designs. In addition, the description of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ, including the Draft Provisions of the Agreement.

1. The subject of the contract shall cover, in particular, the execution of works in accordance with the approved construction project and detailed designs, including:

1) preparation of the area for construction, m.in: development of the construction site, elements of road traffic organization, felling of trees and shrubs and securing the remaining greenery, fencing the finger of construction;

2) conducting archaeological research;

3) performing demolition, demolition and dismantling of installations, networks and equipment in the facility and the site, including demolition of the existing connector and pavement and fence;

4) construction of a connector and a gymnasium;

5) performing fungal removal of rooms;

6) reconstruction along with renovation of the dormitory building along with the implementation of new sanitary, electrical and teletechnical installations;

7) modernization of the substation;

8) reconstruction along with renovation of the school building along with the implementation of new sanitary, electrical and teletechnical installations;

9) execution of works related to land development including the construction of a fence, paved surfaces, renovation and execution of retaining walls, garbage canopies, elements of small architecture;

10) cleaning along with renovation of the external façade of the object;

11) reconstruction of water supply connections, sanitary sewage and rainwater drainage with retention tanks; teletechnical connection and execution of external power lines;

12) renovation of the technological channel;

13) reconstruction and modernization of the playground and school playground;

14) making greenery.

2. The detailed scope of the Subject of the contract is specified in the nw. Documents:

1) Decision No 458/Ś/2020 approving the construction project and granting a permit for the execution of construction works;

2) Decision of the Mazovian Provincial Conservator of Monuments WA.5152.30.36.2020.JG of 14.07.2020 allowing construction works to be carried out in the area of the archaeological monument (together with the decision of 30.06.2022 with a change in the validity period);

3) Decision of the Mazovian Provincial Conservator of Monuments WA.5161.34.34.2020 of 14.08.2020 adjudicating the conduct of archaeological research;

4) Construction project of expansion with a new wing for sports functions and reconstruction of the existing SOSW building along with land development and the necessary technical infrastructure as part of the task called "Expansion and modernization of Special Buildings"

School and Educational Centre for Visually Impaired Children No. 8 at 7 Koźmińska Street together with land development';

5) Construction design of external connections – water supply connections, sanitary sewage and rainwater drainage;

6) Implementing projects – Stages I, II and III;

7) Technical specifications of execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR) – Stages I, II and III;

8) Bills of quantities of works as information material – Stages I, II and III.
