GESOBAU AG is planning to carry out a partial modernisation of its residential building group WHG 4177 in 13189 Pankow in its inhabited state and an expansion of the existing building by converting the attic. The building with a total of 4 staircases, 28 residential units with approx. 2,050 m² of living space were built in 1906 and is not a listed building or is located in a social conservation area according to § 172 para. 1 no. 2 BauGB, but borders directly on a monument area.

The assignment takes place in the following stages:

Level I

- These are the basic assessment services, including all related services and the special services and consulting services.

Stage II

- These are the services for preparing preliminary planning, including all related services and the special services and consulting services.

Stage III

- These are the services for developing a design plan including a modernization concept and cost calculation, including all related services and the special services and consulting services.

Stage IV

- These are the services until the building permit is obtained, if necessary, including all related services and the special services and consulting services.

Level V

These are the services for the development of the execution planning, including all associated services and the special services and consulting services.

Tier VI

These are the services for the preparation of the award, including all associated services and the special services and advisory services.

Tier VII

These are the services for participation in the award, including all associated services and the special services and advisory services.

Tier VIII

These are the services for property monitoring and documentation, including all associated services and the special services and consulting services.

Tier IX

These are the services of property management, including all associated services and the special services and consulting services.
