The subject of the contract are services related to the maintenance of rivers and canals in the area of operation of the Biała Podlaska Catchment Board – Water Supervision in Tomaszów Lubelski.
The order was divided into 2 lots. Each lot shall be a separate subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not allow the division of the contract within individual lots.
The scope of maintenance works in individual parts of the contract mainly includes mechanical and manual mowing of vegetation from slopes, the bottom of watercourses and the reservoir, along with raking the mowed vegetation, removal of vegetation rooting in the bottom (hacking), manual cutting of bushes with mechanical shredding, desilting of watercourses and the reservoir, preparatory works, care mowing.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of works related to the implementation of individual parts of the contract is presented in the Bills of quantities and in the Technical Specification for the execution and acceptance of works, constituting an attachment to the SWZ.
Maintenance of the river Huczwa at km 52+800-57+150The scope of the contract includes:

- mechanical and manual mowing of lichens from slopes with raking,
- desilting of the watercourse at km 52+800-53+790, thickness of the silt value 20 cm with propagation,
- mechanical removal (hacking) of rooting plants,
- manual cutting of bushes without grubbing, along with mechanical shredding
Maintenance of the Leliška reservoir and the Solokiya river at km 72+030-73+030The scope of the contract includes:
Leliška reservoir and Solokiya river at km 72+030-73+030:
- measuring works on surface earthworks,
- mowing weeds and annual self-sowing – the bowl of the Leliszka reservoir,
- laying, dismantling and maintenance of temporary roadways and squares made of reinforced concrete slabs,
- earthworks with backhoes with transport of excavated material,
- displacement of earth masses by dozers,
- plantation and sowing of slopes in fertile land,

- manual mowing of lichens from slopes along with winning,
- mowing vegetation Leliszka reservoir and Solokiya river,
- mowing weeds and annual self-sowing – bowl of the Leliszka reservoir
