Vinje kommune has applied for a new discharge permit for Vågsli treatment district and the County Governor has approved the application. Therefore a treatment plant that fulfils the requirements in the discharge permit must be built. The new treatment plant shall handle a maximum load of 10 000 PE and have primary and secondary treatment. Vinje kommune would, thus, like tenders for engineering design services for a new treatment plant at Vågsli. The tender documentation can be obtained upon request to the contact person in the notice.
