The development plan procedure 25/18 has been initiated for an area on Bochumer Landstrasse / Rodenseelstrasse / Sachsenring in Essen-Freisenbruch. The city of Essen is planning the redesign of land and streets here. This includes the development plan area Bochumer Landstrasse / Sachsenring 02/15. Among other things, this includes the construction of a multi-storey shopping center with a floor area of around 8,500 m
For the entire area, hazards from mining legacies were predicted by inspecting the pit picture. The stability of the terrain surface is to be verified or established with appropriate investigation and safety measures. This is to be done via exploratory drilling and then with the help of backfilling and injection work. The work is carried out in sections. If necessary, the respective sections must be secured immediately after the exploration.
Due to different cost centers within the city of Essen, the processing area for mining exploration / securing is divided into 3 lots as follows:
Lot 1: Investor areas and surrounding areas mainly security (BA 1.1 and 1.2),
Lot 2: Road areas Sachsenring, Bochumer Landstrasse, Rodenseelstrasse according to B-Plan-Boundaries 25/18 exploration and securing (BA 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3),
Lot 3: Bochumer Landstraße canal construction, eastern and western connection areas outside of B-Plan 25/18 exploration and securing (BA 3.1 and 3.2) as well as new sewer laying on the green area of southern planning road A (BA 3.3).
The award is to be made to only one entrepreneur.
Lot 3 is commissioned in its own name and for its own account by Stadtwerke Essen AG or Entwässerung Essen GmbH. Accordingly, it must be taken into account for billing that separate final invoices must be prepared.
