The object of this contract is the creation of the piggyback platform on the Port of Cherbourg and its related equipment, which covers:

- the execution study of the works and the associated phasing taking into account the general phasing of the modifications to the cross-Channel terminal;

- the execution of works and structures;

- carrying out the tests.

The services covered by this contract are broken down during the work phase. The 1 re The work phase will cover all the design studies for the piggyback platform, civil engineering and transshipment equipment as well as the diversion of networks adjoining this work. The other two phases of work will focus on:

- rail tracks,

- associated portals,

- roads,

- network connections,

- buildings and equipment.

The purpose of the consultation is: construction of the piggyback terminal of the cross-Channel terminal of the Port of Cherbourg. Place of performance of the services: port of Cherbourg. This contract is broken down into work phases as specified in section VI.3).
