Powys County Council are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for a contract, which will run for 3 years (with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months) The total value of the works over three years will be in the region of & 750 000 GBP. Contractors are required to be Constructionline registered and CHAS compliant (or equivalent).

The contract will be divided into 2 Lots: North Powys and South Powys. Two contractors will be appointed 1 to each Lot.

The contract may be used by other service areas in the Council, Ceredigion County Council.
