Stenungsundshem AB manages approximately 2059 apartments and individual commercial premises. The assignment includes cleaning of stairwells, entrances, laundry rooms, basement aisles and other public areas in the client's properties. Additional cleaning work in connection with this may be included in the assignment.

The procurement is divided into two (2) tender areas:

Administrative area 1 and administrative area 2.

Each tender area is evaluated separately.

Historical volume for the entire agreement is estimated at SEK 2,000,000 per year.

Planned contract start is 2023-01-01 .
