The subject of this contract is the adaptation of the cost estimate documentation of the task: Construction of the Budy Augustowskie water reservoir for the purposes of proper preparation, performance and settlement of the task consisting in the construction of the Budy Augustowskie water reservoir together with the author's supervision.

The subject of this contract is an element of the investment implemented under the project entitled "A comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and prevention of water erosion in lowlands", co-financed from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.

The tasks of the Designer will include:

a) preparation of at least two concepts of design solutions

b) performing research within the scope of the investment and preparing geotechnical and hydrological documentation

c) performing geodetic measurements, preparing maps for design purposes and measurement records

d) Preparation of project documentation;

e) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

f) obtaining required opinions, arrangements and checking of design solutions in the scope resulting from applicable regulations;

g) preparing the application and obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions for consent to implement the project;

h) preparation of a report on the impact of the project on the environment, if the authority competent to issue decisions on environmental conditions imposes such an obligation, to the extent consistent with the issued decision;

i) Preparation and submission of documentation to the regional director for environmental protection in order to determine whether the project may significantly affect the Natura 2000 area, if the staroste issues such a decision;

j) preparation of a project impact assessment report on a Natura 2000 area, if the regional director for environmental protection issues a decision ordering its submission, in accordance with the scope specified in the provision - if there is such an obligation provided for by law;

k) Submission of the application and obtaining the certificate of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection that these projects will not adversely affect the Natura 2000 site if no impact assessment has been carried out in accordance with the abovementioned procedures - if there is such an obligation provided for by law;

l) Notifying the regional director of environmental protection of his intention to conduct activities - if there is such an obligation provided for by law;

m) Preparation of the application and obtaining a decision determining the conditions for conducting the activity, if an obligation to obtain this decision has been imposed

n) in the event of the occurrence of protected species and the lack of a decision setting the conditions for carrying out the activities, preparation of the application and obtaining a permit to depart from the provisions on species protection - if there is such an obligation provided for by law;

o) preparing the application and obtaining a local spatial development plan.

p) preparing the application and obtaining the building permit.

q) developing a water legal survey in accordance with art. 132 of the Water Law Act of July 18, 2001;

r) preparing the application and obtaining a water permit for the investment.

s) preparing the application and obtaining the certificate of the authority responsible for water management (RDOŚ) about the lack of negative impact of the investment on the status of groundwater bodies (JCWPd) and surface waters (JCWP) and the possibility of achieving environmental objectives

t) obtain a document confirming compliance with environmental objectives submitted to the PGW WP RZGW

u) obtain written approval of the Employer after checking the cost-design documentation before submitting the application for a building permit.

v) other documents not listed above, but required by law or necessary for proper preparation, settlement and obtaining financing for the project.

w) At least one visit (Contractor of the "Designer") to familiarize with the terms and present the objectives of the project work by the Employer - the findings of the meeting can be included in the note, which will become an integral part of the contract.
