The objects of the order are services for receiving municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from inhabited and mixed properties in Malborka City, as well as equipment and maintenance services in the sound technical and sanitary state of containers for the collection of municipal waste mixed and selectively harvested and supply of containers and bags for selective waste collection i.e. glass and biowaste, together with maintenance and operation of PSZOK. A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in the Annex to the Specification of the Terms of Order.
The objects of the order are services for receiving municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from inhabited and mixed properties in Malborka City, as well as equipment and maintenance services in the sound technical and sanitary state of containers for the collection of municipal waste mixed and selectively harvested and supply of containers and bags for selective waste collection i.e. glass and biowaste, together with maintenance and operation of PSZOK. The city of Malbork includes a municipal waste management system all inhabited properties (approximately 30769 people, in approximately 4036 properties, of which approximately 3319 are single family buildings, approximately 717 are multi-family buildings), and mixed properties of which are around 100 and single-family c. 70.
From inhabited properties, they are received: a. Single-family construction: municipal waste mixed - in containers 60 liters, 120 liters or 240 liters; waste selectively collected: separately paper, separately glass, total plastics, metals, multi-plant packaging, separately biowaste (i.e. kitchen waste and green waste) in bags of 120 liters per individual waste fractions or in 120 and 240 litres containers. All waste such as plastics, metals and collection paper in containers 120 and 240 l. It is permissible to collect plastics, metals and paper in bags intended for this purpose and purchased by the owners of the property with the Contractor. The bags must be specially labelled so that there is no doubt about what is in them. Selectively collected waste: large-sized waste, including waste electrical and electronic equipment in the framework of “exhibitions” 2 x a year.b. Multi-family building: municipal waste mixed- in containers 240 liters or 1100 liters;
Selectively collected waste: separately paper, separately glass, including plastics, metals, multi-plant packaging, separately biowaste (i.e. kitchen waste and green waste), in containers min. 1100 l for individual fractions of waste or containers 240 l e.g. in tenements; waste selectively collected: large-sized waste, including waste electrical and electronic equipment, issued for collection at the site of waste storage for the property concerned, on a telephone application on the selected day of the week, agreed with the recipient of the waste: c. mixed property: municipal waste mixed in containers of 120, 240 litres or 1100 litres depending on the type of built-up and the declaration made, waste selectively collected: separately paper, glass, including plastics, metals, multi-plant packaging, biowaste in containers or bags, depending on the type of built-up and complex declarations, waste selectively collected: large-sized waste, including waste electrical equipment
and electronic in the framework of “exhibitions” 2 x in the year or on the date of disposal of municipal waste mixed, depending on the type of building.The city will enter into a contract for the processing of mixed municipal waste, bio waste and raw material waste (paper glass, plastics, metals) from ZUOS Tczew (now municipal installation).
The entity receiving waste from the property is required to transfer municipal waste for development to the ZUOS municipal plant in Tczew.
