Residential development of 70 units with potential to increase to 81 units together with infrastructure works at Chiltern Close, Llanishen, Cardiff.

The works included in this contract shall comprise the design and construction of 70 flats in 4 storey blocks, and possibly increasing to 81 flats (the ‘Requirement’) at Chiltern Close, Llanishen, Cardiff. Further details of the Requirement are set out in the memorandum of information included in Annex B of the PQQ.
